Dell 8" Venue Tablet tech specs

This looks like the one for me. It meets ALL my needs except possibly one, and that's what I'm asking about here. I want to control a Texas Instruments SensorTag. Cool Toy, developers tool. It requires Android system 4.3 and Bluetooth version 4.0. From reading here in the forums, Android 4.3 is no problem. Can anyone answer the question about what the bluetooth version is? Or point me to where I might find out. Your open sharing of both good and questionable features and their solutions is partly why I want the Venue 8.

Along those same lines, does anyone have any advice for me if there are different versions of the Venue 8? Does it come with different amounts of memory that drive up the price?
