Can I change where my Venue 8 pro stores images? How?

I am using a Venue 8 pro to take pictures and videos. I would like to

have them go directly to the memory card (D: drive), as I have limited

space on the C: drive.  Can someone please show me how to re-direct the location

for saving my images?

Easy breezy. > Settings | PC settings | PC and Devices | Devices | Default save locations "save music, pictures and videos to a removable drive by default" > 'Setup' "select which types of media you want to save to Secure Digital storage device (D) by default. We'll create a folder for each type you select but we won't move any of your existing files." [option boxes to possibly check] - Music - Pictures - Videos So in your case, check the boxes for 'pictures' and 'videos' and you're set.

Thanks for the reply.

I did as you suggested. It setup the three folders on the D: drive but,

they still save in the old default place.(c:\ Pictures).

BTW-It puts both pics and videos in the C:\Pictures folder(?).

Nothing in C:\Videos.

Any other ideas?

I followed the instructions and it created folders on my D drive. Try to re-do the setup
