OK, for anyone else who did a clean install of Win 10 and wants to clear this up here is what I discovered.
First, drivers for everything except for the SM Bus Controller can be found within the chipset files on the Dell support site. They don't show up under Win 10 however... you have to select 8.1 as the OS to get those chipset files to appear. Or, you can just get them from the 64 bit download list I made here:
To avoid any potential issues with code compiled specifically for Win 8.l, I just extracted the drivers and let the device manager find/install them. Worked fine.
For the SM Bus Controller, you will need to go to Intel's website and download their chipset setup software.

I didn't extract anything from this... just ran it and let it pick/install the right files.
Everything seems good and no more unknown devices with missing drivers.

Thank you! Installing the Intel Chipset Software directly from the Intel link worked perfectly on my Latitude E5470.
