What is the range when BIOS.SysSecurity.AcPwrRcvryDelay set to Random?
BIOS.SysSecurity.AcPwrRcvryDelay can be set to Immediate|Random|User. Help says Random is random without specifying a range of random.
What is the range for AcPwrRcvryDelay when set to random?
AcPwrRcvryDelay help:
Allows staggering of power up after AC power is restored to the system. When set to Immediate, there is no delay for power-up. When set to Random, the system creates a random delay for power-up. When set to User Defined, the system delays power-up by that amount. The system supported user defined power-up delay is defined by the User Defined Delay field.
Arguments : Immediate|Random|User

The value depends on the generation of your poweredge server or idrac. Since the 14.Gen the max. is 600 now seconds which means 10min and previous Gen. are only 240s.
Because we use external SAN since ages we set this values always to the max. settings because if ESXi boots to fast and fabric and SAN isnt is available yet we need a 2nd. server boot to fix this.

Hello,
I could not find that any of the server BIOS and UEFI documentation.
We can go by this I found in an Dell Internal Knowledge Base Article Number:
If Random or User Defined is set, the server will power on after a random amount of time (up to 10 minutes) or after the user specified time.
