Urgent enterprise support needed - Not Dell site
I am i need of a person to talk to regarding my high profile account that is taking a ridiculous amount of time via the broken dell site and the inability for anyone to deal with the issue on the phone, can anyone from dell on the community assist me please.
I am not even able to raise a complaint as the system is that bad.

Hello,
What kind of Account issue are you having?
We do break/fix hardware in the forum but we don't handle Account stuff.
For Account issues I would recommend contact Customer Care at 1-866-795-5597.
Customer Care also has a forum page. I recommend not to post any personal data on the forum page and wait for them to ask you.
