SUU problem, again.
Hello, its me again, who missed me? :D.
So, i have fun with using SUU, more or less positive, but now its doesnt work, i have this tool on many live-usb disks, and i dont want to reinstall that for all of them. Tool stopped work, i mean when i using it the updates wont install, have an error:
,,An error occurred durgin the update. Please refer to the support log and update log files located in C:\dell\suu for more information.
Message Details: Another instance of SUU is already running <---(what is imposible because like i said, i just start fresh system from live, and open program only once when start system..)
Only one instance of SUU is allowed at a time, unless its invoked with the -progrees (-p) option or -help (-h)"
Can i fix it or i just doing something wrong? If you need log from that location i need to know wich log, there is a bit of txt.

which OS are you using? And which poweredge model?
Maybe in the process there still a SUU instance running, did you check it?

So, i'm using Windows 8.1 Live, and kind of servers like R630/R720/R620 etc.. lots of them. That program works ealier, but now it stopped work. I dont know what i did wrong or something, i didnt do antyhing, just using it, till it stoped working. I was working with this program for something like 3weeks or 1month max. And that just broke. I updated lots of server with the same live disks (i have 5). Answering for your question yes, i did it at first time i saw that error and no, there's not any instances of java/suu/dell in process manager.
So, what's now?

Thanks to you, this fix the problem:
Issue
If SUU fails to update on systems running Microsoft Windows 2012 R2 operating system with below error:Another instance
of SUU already running. Only one instance of SUU is allowed at a time…
Resolution
Perform the following:
1. Go to C:\Windows\Temp\
2. Delete BAUpdate.xml
3. Relaunch SUU.
I have no idea about this document so thanks for link :). That's the solution for my problem.

@MountaiNN I faced the same issue and thanks to your post, now it is resolved. Thanks for sharing the below steps.
1. Go to C:\Windows\Temp\
2. Delete BAUpdate.xml
3. Relaunch SUU.
