R410 can't see individual disks after doing raid 1 on disk0 and 1

hi, I have poweredge r410 with 4 disks.  went into PERC and configured raid1 using first 2 disks.  I installed proxmox on the new disk.  when I logged into the system's OS and do lsblk, I only see the virtual disk, I do not see the physical disks 3 and 4.  Was there a setting in the PERC that I needed to see the 2 individual disks 3 and 4?

Hello,

Try making those remaining drives as a single drive RAID0 in the controller bios and check results.

I'm not familiar with proxmox as we don't have that validated OS .

Thats how dell RAID controller's work. they manage the drives, and you can only see the virtual disk in the OS.

@dltechAce ok, so you saying the other 2 disks are not available at all? that can't be.

@DELL-Charles R making the remaining single drive into raid0 did the trick.
