Need PERC H710P 21.3.5‑0002 (A09) Firmware – Dell Removed Download, Support Refuses OOW
Hi Guys@!
I need to update my PERC H710P Adapter (full-size) from firmware 21.3.0‑0009 to the latest 21.3.5‑0002 (A09). Dell previously hosted this version, but it appears to have been removed. I contacted support, but they declined to provide it since my system is out of warranty. I’m concerned because this version specifically addresses predictive failure issues and rebuild reliability, which are critical for maintaining data integrity and security on production systems. Running outdated firmware on a RAID controller poses unnecessary risk.
Current Controller Details:
Product: PERC H710P Adapter
FW Package Build: 21.3.0‑0009
FW Version: 3.131.05‑3415
Does anyone have access to the official Dell 21.3.5‑0002 A09 package or a safe link? I can flash it manually via PercCLI if needed. It’s frustrating that something as critical as RAID controller firmware isn’t easily available for systems that are still in active use.
Thanks in advance for all your help!

Hello,
Thank you for that information. I will note that Precision T7600 is a Workstation and not a server even though you have a server OS running.
This may help and if not I'd recommend you open a post on the Precision board.
Try to use the last Server Update Utility (SUU) for a 12gh Gen server to find the last H710P firmware.
Go to: https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-us
Put in R720
Driver& Download
Select your Operating System
Search: server update utility
DELL Server Update Utility,
1. Download the Full ISO file.
2. Use ISO mounting software and mount the downloaded iso image.
3. Browse to the folder repository
Search the DellSoftwareBundleReport.html file in the repository folder for your server model and then find the PERC H710P Adapter firmware
It most likely will not list the Precision T7600 Workstation so try searching the iso for :
SAS-RAID_Firmware_MFGKT_WN64_21.3.5-0002_A09.EXE

Hi,
That firmware version has been removed by engineering, I couldn't check the engineering notes on what was the reason. I've previously replied to a post before about this version on some researches back then. Some did mention that the version has vulnerability. Perhaps if you do have a Dell Sales representative on your company account, is it possible to talk to them and check if possible to obtain the file for your request.

Razin1020,
Would you clarify the model server you are using, as well as the OS? I ask because we can't give an accurate answer without knowing what platform it is for.
