You have to login to service processor and get it from Symmwin …unless you are EMC employee or partner you can’t get it. What are you trying to do with it ?

There are some chnages need to be done on bin file. But I came to know that only the CE can access the bin file. So I am not going to worry abt that

And if you were to obtain the Bin File, it still requires EMC proprietary software to read it.
There are tools that your local CE can use to create for you a presentaion of certain items within the bin, such as front-end assignments, etc.
