hi.. can I have difference between dmx 3 and dmx 4?

On hardware side. DMX-3 & DMX-4 don't have much differences, CPU, Memory, Maximum Global Memory, Maximum Disk support are same.

There are two Improvements:

1. DMX-4 increase back-end speed from 2GB/s(DMX-3) to 4GB/s and provide downward compatibility to 2GB/s

2. DMX-4 changed the back-end loop handling methods. The Cut Through Switch point to point connections between LCC and drives. Like normal traditional loop in DMX-3, data does not have to pass through all its preceding drives to reach destination. This point to point connection help us to detect and isolate a faulty component like Drives,Cables,LCC very easily.
