Why does support assist attempt to connect to internet (firewall detected) after I have uninstalled it?

Pretty self explanatory, my firewall detected support assist attempted to connect externally after I have uninstalled it. How is that possible? The file path appears legitimate though, so I am confused. Any suggestions?

Did you also uninstall Dell Update?

Did you look on Startup tab in Task Manager to see if any related apps are still loading at boot?

Click Start>Run>type in services.msc and click ok. When services.msc opens, look for any SupportAssist or Dell Update services on the list. Double-click each one of those and set its Startup type to disabled. Do NOT change anything else in services.msc. Then exit and reboot...

Click Start>Run>type in services.msc and click Ok. When services.msc opens, look for any Dell Update services on the list. Double-click each one of those and set its Startup type to disabled. Do NOT change anything else in services.msc, otherwise it will not work. Then exit and reboot. Hope so your issue had been resolved. Thanks

@johnjony  - Why did you just copy/paste what I already posted in this thread?  That's not being helpful...
