Vostro 5590, poor SSD write speed, CPU limited to 78%
I recently bought a Dell Vostro 5590, Processor Intel Core i7 10510U, SSD PM991 NVMe Samsung 512 GB. I noticed some poor performance for opening files/images, so I conducted an SSD test using "Crystal Disk Mark". The sequential read speed seems to be OK - 2161 MB/s, though I noticed that the write speed is poor - 271 MB/s. Furthermore I conducted tests using "User Bench Mark" where it also reported that the CPU is throttled to 78% by Windows. It give me instructions how to lift the throttling going to the "power settings" on Windows, but the option for " Processor power management" there is absent.
Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

Update = I am using Windows 10 Pro that comes with the laptop. I reinstalled Windows and the problem is now solved. The write time has increased to 1232 Mb/s.
