Supportassist: error occurred while extracting image file

I get the following error when attempting to use Support Assist

"Sorry. An error occurred while extracting image file usbkey.zip. Please check the file and try again"

I've tried this process 3 times.  I've used it previously without issue.

Nevermind.  I used a different USB device and this solved the issue. Not sure what's wrong with the other one since I've used that multiple times for this process, but all's well that ends well.
