SupportAssist 3.1.0.142 error on Windows Server 2012 R2
Hello,
I'm running DELL SupportAssist version 3.1.0.142 on Windows Server 2012 R2 with last MS updates installed.
Installation process working good, but the main windows of SupportAssist reported error: "An unexpected error occured while running this request." Also Settings and About SupportAssist buttons are inaccessible. Also In system services i can not start service "Dell Data Vault Collector (DDVDataCollector)". The server is PowerEdge R430, so platform must be supported by app.

ok, i'm install SupportAssist Enterprise and its work, but by default not Enterprise version downloaded when i try to update current server configuration
