Inspiron 3650, SA version 1.1.6664.10, Windows 10

I know it's hard to tell by my SA version, but I'll go ahead and prefix by saying I am not very computer savvy... so be gently.  lol   I ran across the latest article about SA needing a patch, so I decided to check to see what I have.  To my surprise or actually horror, I am still running an ancient model, Version 1.1.6664.10.

Can I update this version to the latest, or will it cause a lot of problems?
If I can, how?  I do not find an update option.

Would it be better to just uninstall SA?  I don't really need it, do I?   If I uninstall, are these the 2 programs I need to uninstall in app/features (Dell Support Assist and Dell Update- Support Assist Update Plugin)?

Thank a bunch!!!!

Thank you for reaching out, and I have sent you an email.  I think I have my problem solved.  Just to update, I went a head and uninstalled the old version of SA.  I felt like I was asking for problems by trying to update to the current version.  I will install the latest version when I have a little more time.
