Bluetooth stopped working - Code 43

Hello, the bluetooth on my Alienware Aurora R11 has stopped working, the action centre no longer shows the bluetooth option, and in device manager, under bluetooth-, properties, the Qualcomm QCA9377 says that the device is no longer working properly and gives code 43... any fixes?

Well, Bluetooth finally is fixed. Not sure exactly what did it, but you could try... -Rolling back to either the May 2019 Windows Update or the version that your pc originally had. -Delete the Qualcomm driver, then do a restart with all startup programs off. -Delete Qualcomm drivers., back up data to an external drive., Factory reset your computer (using the built in windows factory reset function - not the third party alienrespawn software), select to remove data and drive partitions, complete the factory reset, note you may need to open up the case and remove then reinstall the hard drive for it to work again (Dell said this does not void warranty, I have it right in the private messages). -If you are using Bluetooth headphones with hands-free audio, or a similar function, windows will recognize it as two separate headphones and play to the wrong source, go to the “Run” app, open “mmsys.cpl”, right click on the hands-free audio function, click disable -Update all Dell and Windows Software on your pc. Check both the Microsoft store and Alienware’s Official Application, since sometimes one misses an update(s) or just doesn’t work (for me) -Do a fresh install of windows -Install win 7, audio might work, or may start working when you switch back to win10. -Disconnect from all other wireless devices, like wifi, cell, etc., then just try your Bluetooth device -Completely remove your Bluetooth devices, their drivers, everything, like windows had never used these devices before, then reconnect them. >>These are just some things I tried, then got bored and without thinking tried connecting my Bluetooth headphones to the pc. They magically connected to my computer, works without fail now.

Is this a driver issue or the bluetooth chip itself? My r11 2020 has the exact same issue, and there's no fix other than restart the computer with power cable off my desktop
