Bu ürünü kullanırken önemli sorunlar yaşıyorum. Önyükleme işlemi sırasında 443 numaralı bağlantı noktasının sabit kodlanmış olduğu ve bunun da cihazda mevcut bir web sunucusuyla çakışmaya neden olduğu anlaşılıyor. Bu sorunu önlemek için lütfen tüm bağlantı noktalarını yapılandırılabilir hale getirebilir misiniz?

Merhaba,

Malesef 443 portunu değiştiremezsiniz. Bu portlar yapıalandırılmaz. Aşağıdaki şekilde portların açık olması gerekir. 

. Network ports for the local system
Port Protocol Direction Usage
443* HTTPS Outbound from local system to Dell Supports communication from secure connect gateway to Dell. It is required for secure connect gateway registration, product alerts, and remote support.
990 FTPS Outbound from local system to Dell Used for alert failover if the 443 file transfer channel is unavailable.
8443* MQTT over TLS Outbound from local system to Dell Used for remote support, pub/sub, and inventory syncing.
25 SMTP (with optional STARTTLS) Outbound from local system to the customer's SMTP Server Used when you configure an SMTP server to send email messages.
8443 or 8888 HTTPS and HTTP Outbound from local system to Policy Manager Use 8443 if Policy Manager is with SSL encryption. Use 8888 if Policy Manager is without SSL encryption port.
5700* HTTPS Inbound from customer browser to SCG WebUI Used in accessing the user interface locally.

* Required—this port must be open on the local system.
