Hi,

First: why did you think uninstalling and reinstalling would fix the problem?

If it's a busy WLA agent, the default settings are not optimal, and can cause the WLA agent to become overloaded. There are two settings you can alter to let the WLA agent function better in a busy environment, the first is increasing the "max data threads" setting (see emc160452). The second is the "timestamps per ttp" setting (can't find related Primus article right now). If you're mostly using the 15 minute interval, setting "timestamps per ttp" to 96 will cause each TTP file to contain one day worth of data.

If the agent is in a busy environment, try setting the values above as per the Primus article, and restart the agent.

Hello Bannu,

Please follow these steps to manually uninstall WLA agent :

1.) Using Windows Task Manager, Stop the following processes if they exists.
WLARpcSvr.exe
WlaHttpServer.exe
portserv.exe
2.) Delete the ENW section from the ctg.ini file on the WLA agent host.
3.) Rename the ENW600/ENW520 folder on that host. ( Depends which versions of ECC you have)
4.) Uninstall the agent from console
5.) Push the WLA agent from console.

Note: If you need old archive data then you can manually move it to newly created WLAArchive and WLAReports after stopping the agent.

If you have any questions then please let me know.
