storagescope report email settings
under utilities>settings>report email settings there is
Hostname or IP Address ¿ the host name or IP address of the SMTP server from which the e-mail messages will be sent.
SMTP Port ¿ the SMTP port through which the messages will be sent; the default value is port 25.
Account Name ¿ the account name corresponding to the e-mail address from which reports will be sent. For example: EMC StorageScope Reports.
E-Mail Address ¿ the e-mail address from which the reports will be sent.
Reset - resets the values in the dialog box to the last saved configuration.
yet there is no email to space, how do you configure where the email is sent???
thanks in advance for any help....

When you create a new Report Group you can specify the email recipient "To" address or multiple email recipients.
Here's how:
Create a new report group, add the reports that you want to email the results of.
Then in the Report Group page, under the "Settings" tab click "Change".
Choose Output type "Email" then the dialog will change and show you the "Email Address" field which allows multiple or single email addresses separated by semi-colon.

You have to Change the Server name or IP address to the correct value for the SMTP Server. Note that if the IP Address has to be changed for the SMTP Server, it cannot be done through the ecc_server.ini file as you would for ControlCenter email messages. The IP Address for the SMTP Server must be changed in the "SmtpServer" Registry key generated during the install of StorageScope. This key is found on the server where StorageScope was installed in the following Registry location:
HKey_Local_Machine-->Software-->EMC-->EMC StorageScope-->6.0.0-->Key=SmtpServer
For more information please see EMC Knowledgebase emc178211 .
Thanks

Under 'Settings' - choose 'Output Type' as 'Email'
You can specify email address her, for multiple email addresses, separate each address with a semicolon(;).
