Sending ECC Alerts to BMC Patrol

Hello,

I just open the SR #32527794 because i can't manage to have ECC to send its alerts to our BMC Patrol framework.

I have the ECC Server, the ECC Integration Gateway, the ECC KM and the Patrol Agent all configured and working on the same server.

I can see the KM Objects on the Patrol Console Operator but no alerts nor storage objects (arrays, switches or hosts) (see image attached).

I modify the cgn.ini file to indicate the Gateway how to speak with the KM, i modified the ecc3pi.ini file to indicate the KM which gateway to listen, I edited the appropriate alerts in the ECC Console to indicate which alerts i wanted to send SNMP traps.

What could i have forgotten or done wrong to have that kind of problem ?
