Question about EMC Control Center

Hi

I have a problem I can not receive Email notifications from my ECC Control server for External Address, I mean, internal Address can receive Email notifications.

For example

The domain is imss.gob.mx and i have 2 email address

joaquin.valentin@imss.gob.mx and jesus.comett@imss.gob.mx both can receive email notifications

But i have other Email address (External) eric.cortes@epure.com that it does not receive email notifications.

I have the following configuration:

D:\ECC\ecc_inf\data\ecc_inf_hostname\data\ecc_server.ini

smtp host = 11.254.171.213 (Email Server IP)

C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts

11.254.171.213 imssexfs03.imss.gob.mx imssexfs03

In The control Center I configured in Management policies IMSS_storage with the following address

joaquin.valentin@imss.gob.mx

jesus.comett@imss.gob.mx

eric.cortes@epure.com

does any one know if something is missing or if i made a mistake configuring the ECC Server Email

Let me tell you that the IP ECC Server is 172.24.97.147  and the MAIL TEAM configure this IP in the Relay.

Even I test the Email Sending from the ECC server and it is working very well

I use telnet 11.254.171.213 25 and I sent an Email to my mail account and It works.

Could you help me please

Have you had your mail support team look at the SMTP relay to see if they can see if the message is even getting there?
