Problems Discovering AX4-5 in Controlcenter

I'm getting mixed responses from EMC as to if ECC will support AX4-5. When I try to discover it, I am getting the following:

Reported agent errors:
[1] ADAResult:
ADAErrorSet:9, Both SPA(x.x.x.x) and SPB (x.x.x.x) are not accessible!
Responding agent persistent Id: 3332160

I have no problem discovering full blown CX3's.

Support for AX4-5 was qualified in the 6.1 Support Matrix, Sep '08 (REV A04).

I'd use a support ticket, and have one opened. Then provide the support team your agent logs from the period in which you attempt the discovery.

Unfortunately it won't be possible to assist with just that error. Going to need the logs associated with the agent who is attempting that discovery.

Hi,

Support for AX4-5 is very close to being qualified in CC 6.1 and may be included in the Support Matrix from September onwards (provided there are no last minute issue encountered in testing).
