Hi
Aleksandr,
You need both Navicli Classic, and Naviseccli installed on the Clarion agent hosts for the prerequisite to pass
1. Uninstall Navisphere CLI version 31 on the Clariion agent host.
2. Install Navisphere CLI version 28 and choose the install Classic CLI button.
3. Install Navisphere CLI version 31 over the version 28 installation. (Beginning in Navisphere CLI version 29, the option no longer exists to install the Classic CLI. This is why we need to install 6.28 first and then put 7.31 over it.)
4 Note that you will receive a warning stating the older version must be uninstalled. It is okay to proceed on from this point.
Another alternative is to make changes in registry and force the prerequisite check to pass:
As a note Support for Flare 31 was added with UB9 Clarrion/Nas agent Hotfix 4917 which brings the Clariion/Nas agent upto 6.1.0.9.699. you may need to start upgrading ControlCenter from the ISO install version 6.1.0.4.71 (Its recomended by engineering/best pactice after install to apply the latest UB available) to the latest Update Bundle which is 9 and apply the Hotfix 4917 if the Clariions you are discovering are going to be using Flare 31

Hi,
What is the exact version of Controlcenter installed?
What version of Solution Enabler installed on the on the host you are pushing out the Clariion agent ?
What version of NaviCLI have you currently installed on the host you are pushing out the Clariion agent? If NaviCLI is not installed please install it
If NaviCLI is install please confirm that the following regedit path has the two of the below registry keys on the host where NaviCLI is installed.
In HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\App Paths\NaviCLI.exe\Path
A correct install has two registry keys
1.NaviCLI
2.NavisCLI
What is the exact error message from the end of the logs file generated? (Will be within %%\ECC\media_rep\remoteinstall\actions\< >\MGL610 Look for the latest log starting with TID*******_AID*******.log open and review
Regards
