Installing ECC 6.1 on VMware

I want to do fresh installation of ECC 6.1 on one of my vmware server. Can anyone give me right document to install ECC 6.1 on vmware. I went thruogh many documents but couldn't find the right one. Please if any one has done this before provide me the document and any issues which need to be taken care before installation.
