You can only get patches and service packs online - they need to request the CDs for the full version from licensing support.

As suggested if they are under support this should be a quick process. If they have Powerlink they can do this online via their account (and verify that they have Control Center under maintenance by checking to see if they can view patches or documentation)

Here are the required steps to get to the update request section on the EMC Powerlink website:

1) From the main menu-bar of the Powerlink homepage (blue) select 'Support' -> 'Request Support' -> 'Contact EMC'

2) On the page 'Contact EMC Customer Service' you can then select the subject from a dropdown menu

3) Select 'Request a software update or refresh' in the dropdown menu and then click Submit.
