ECC 6.1 StorageScope repository ugprade

I am currently upgrading storagescope repository and it has been 2 hours and still displaying the popup "Upgrading Storage Scope repository. Please wait..." I am not sure if it stuck or doing something. I also checked the size of the install folder and the size and # of files did not change for almost 30 minutes.
Does anyone know how long it might take to upgrade the storagescope repository?

There was a dependency on the emcsts listener service that was causing the script to stop. EMC ran a modified script to continue the install and manually approve stopping the dependent service.

It's been a while since I did this, but it definitely didn't take two hours. I'd get a call open with Support as soon as possible.

Have you had any response from Support yet? Did they figure out what was happening? Or did this just complete (although I'm not expecting it would) by itself?

Support has been trying different things with no luck. The last they tried is, rename the libeay32 files, and I attempted the upgrade and left it overnight, but still hangs.
