Control Center 6.1 UPB5 has no concept of Solaris 10 Zpools ?

We can't do a relationship on any file system that is in a Solaris Zpool. Any idea when that's going to get fixed?

Hi mwk,

I'd suggest you check out the ControlCenter online community at

https://community.emc.com/community/connect/ccwelcome/controlcenter

That community is more focused on feedback and direction for the future of CC. A lot of the Product Managers and Engineers keep an eye on the feedback over there to make sure they are on track with customer directions. You should check it out.

Yeah they told me I shouldn't post this there, that I should be doing it here.

Hi,
ECN Support Forum is for providing support on questions related to EMC Community Network platform and not for EMC product specific support.

For Product Specific support, please post this question to EMC Support Forums or in appropriate product community.

So EMC is still having the Right Hand / Left Hand problem. That's great. Meanwhile the large and expensive ECC environment gets a little bit more useless everyday.

I'm not sure how you ended up where you did in the ECN Community, but I found you thread over there and have responded with what will hopefully be better directions to help you reach the CC Online Community. You were close, but as Naveen pointed out, you somehow got into a section of ECN specifically for discussion of issues with the ECN platform itself.

Try the new directions and let's see if we can get you to the right place to get answers.

As for Naveen pointing you back here, I think he probably didn't understand that your question likely doesn't have an answer that will "fix" things today. It's more a matter of making sure the right people understand your needs and can adress then within the scope of future development efforts on CC. Or maybe they will tell you that the next patch will fix this very issue!
