Can I convert a STS query into a report so I can schedule and email it?

I need a report that will list the ports of our switches with the port labels. I need to automate running this report and emailing it weekly. I have a query that will list the info needed, but I can't schedule a query. Is there a way to convert the query into a report?

Hello,

Scheduling of queries was introduced in Update Bundle 5 for ControlCenter 6.1.  Assuming that you're not running 6.1 UB5 yet, is there any chance you could upgrade to UB5 so that you could easily schedule and email your queries?

If not, one option is to copy the SQL from the query, incorporate it into a report developed with Crystal Reports, and then import that .rpt file into StorageScope as a Custom Report.  Once the report is imported, you could then schedule it.

Thanks Brian. Someone told me there was a way to it, they just didn't know how. I will be upgrading to 6.1 (not sure what level yet) in the not too distant future but I need to get this report going fairly quickly.

Hi,

Query Scheduling was introduced in 6.1 Update Bundle 5.

It supports email output.
