What is the warranty for the internal hdd of XPS 15 l502x?
Hi, I would like to know the warranty period for the internal HDD of XPS l502x. The HDD has failed. The warranty of my system is already over quite a while ago. But I've read that the peripherals may have different warranty periods, for ex., most of the HDD's have a 2/3 year warranty. Can I get it replaced now? I would appreciate any help.

OEM drives do not have a 3 year retail warranty.

Now that's harsh. I was hoping I could get it replaced.
Anyways, I've ordered a HSGT Travelstar HDD.
