Inspiron 4100 Compatibility with SSD
Hi
I wonder if the disc KingSpec PATA IDE (44Pin) 2.5 64GB MLC SSD KSD-PA25.6-064MS is compatible with the Dell Inspiron 4100. Runing Windows XP.

You'll need to check with the manufacturer. It will physically connect -- but with XP, a TRIM utility is required for that OS (the OS will thrash the drive into oblivion in short order without it) so be sure they supply one for XP.
