Hi I need a help. While starting my laptop I found that its not rebooting windows. Then I ran f12 and found that Error code 2000-0151,Validation 110463, incorrect status=32 .So what does that mean. Is there is problem with my Hard disk.? I really need help

The hard drive has failed, as you suspect and needs to be replaced.

If your system is under warranty, contact Dell with the error and validation code and they'll replace the hard drive.  If it's out of warranty, you can either post the full model information and someone can recommend a replacement, or simply match the type of drive and its physical size (7 or 9.5 mm) and purchase a replacement yourself.

Any standard 2.5" 7 mm hard drive will work fine.
