Hard Drive 0 short sell test unsuccessful
Hello,
My windows 8 wont boot, it loads for a while then say that an error was ocurred and the system
reboot again and i got stuck in this cycle, so i ran the diagnostics and got a hard drive failure as
you can see in the attached image that follows. I want help to solve this problem because i do a lot of college work on this notebook, thanks in advance, hope to hear from you guys soon.

Error Code 2000-0142, indicates a failing/failed hard drive and you need to replace it.
If you have a Dell warranty in effect, contact Dell's Technical Support for a replacement hard drive.
