Exchange Hard Drives
Can Standard SATA Hard Drives be replaced with SSHD Hybrid drives in a four disk NVIDIA RAID Array? Will
there be Controller or timing problems?

Yes they can be replaced. In terms of performance you should see some noticeable improvement. However I would avoid SSHDDs in a RAID array, simply because you will be relying on controllers and mechanical parts, all that cache being passed around, this can be problematic for sensitive data and if you have a power failure, things may go south.
Stick with reliable HDDs or go for a solid all-flash storage, if you need reliability go for Samsung 840/850 Pro series, they will outlast the lifetime of your RAID environment.
