Disk Drive error 39 please help
My DVD dive doesn't show up except in device manager and has a yellow mark on it.
It has the following message:
Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19)
Dell Inspiration 15R Windows 10
Help would be very much appreciated.

Thank you very much for the kind help.
When I removed the lower key in the registry and rebooted it worked fine.
