Dell External USB DVDRW Drive model DW514
I inserted an audio CD in the subject drive to copy to mp3 files. The disk has errors and won't complete copying. Now the drive refuses to eject the disk.
Attempts to manually with the Windows 10 File Manager controls gets "An error occurred while ejecting...". Pressing the eject button on the back of the drive also produces no result.
The drive does not have a pinhole anywhere on the case. Any suggestions? (Thanks for any assistance)

Disk ejected. After powering computer off and on, I tried ejecting from the System Tray list of devices and it worked.
