CD tray opening
Hi there, wondering if someone can give me some advice. I have just purchased an Inspiron 15 laptop and have found that the CD tray continually opens, every time I push it closed it opens within a few minuted with no input from me. Does anyone know if this is because of a setting I can change to stop this happening or if it would be a fault with the hardware.

As this is a new laptop purchased from Dell, I suggest that you contact Dell ASAP about the issue.
