Uninstalling EmailXtender
We migrated to SourceOne about a year and a half ago. After working through issues with the migration/migrated data, we're finally to the point where we are going to be able to get rid of the EmailXtender system. I've been looking online for some type of documentation as far as how to go about doing this, but haven't been successful. Has anyone gone through this process or are there any recommendations as to the best way to approach it?
I assume we would:
1) Remove the Mapped Folder for EmailXtender
2) Remove the Archive Connection to EmailXtender
3) Dispose of the data on the EX system itself
4) Uninstall the software/remove the server
But I want to make sure I do this in the right order, getting rid of all of the necessary things on our SourceOne system so that we don't run into any problems down the road.
