Unable to restore shorcut in multi domain evt !

We have installed the EmaiXtender release v4.81.409.

We have deployed shorcut support through Com Addin and OWA shorcut support and in the first windows domain (djo.ad) : all works fine.

But, in a particular case, we need to access to MsEXCHANGE through a second Windows Domain. I explain :

1 - some clients connect to Msexchange through the second domain (DF)
2 - they connect their mailbox in Outlook2003 to the master domain (djo.ad) and they indicate at this step their djo.ad account
3 - they can read and write email by this way

On this client computer
- we install the Com Addin for shorcut resolution
- The shorcut Icon appears
- The body text appears
- But the shortcut are not resolve and the attachment are not open in the outlook interface.

For your information, if we try at this time to connect to OWA, the shorcut are resolved and the customer can access to all.

Is it possible or not to have this configuration with multi domain and shorcut resolution and if it's possible what is the configuration I have forgotten ??
