The answer to this question is Yes and No.
The Latest Release of Offline Access (6.6 SP2 or 6.62.1019) is the only release at this time that will support Outlook 2010. Please note this release will work in a Scenario where only Source one is user or in a "Mixed" mode ie : Source one and EmailXtender in Read-only mode (What we call Co-existance mode)
NOTE : This version will not be able to work in a Pure EmailXtender Environment where Source one is not present.

Good Afternoon,
EmailXtender has had support for Outlook 2007 on Windows XP and Vista for a long time. I can't recall what version of EX first supported it.
If you kept up with the version of Emailxtender you should be fine. Have a look at the EmailXtender Compatibility guide and match your version of EmailXtender to it.
If your EmailXtender Version is on the compatibility guide for Outlook 2007, then you will find add-in within the Original Install package you used to install EmailXtender Server. If you don't have the install files handy, you can download it again from Powerlink.
As for Outlook 2010, at this time EMC has not plan on releasing a version of EmailXtender Plugin to support Outlook 2010. Support for Outlook 2010 will only be availlable with Source One and is scheduled to be released sometime in Q1 2011 (Jan/Feb/Mar).
