Add link in a UserDefined Field for a SAM Notification
Hi,
I would like to know if it's possible to add a "clicking" link "http://mysite/path" in a userDefined field for a SAM notification?
In fact, adding a link to a field of a notification is easy with trap_mgr.conf file or with an ASL script.
But you can't "click" on this link, you must copy/paste the link in your browser.
Thanks.
Best Reagrds,
Benoit

No, a lot of attributes are available through env. variables (ex: %SM_OBJ_UserDefined5%). See examples in actions/client directory.

Hi Benoit,
you can use a ClientTool for this, using the UserDefined field as the target URL.

Hi Frederic,
Thans for your answer,
but with a ClientTool you can only use 3 fileds: ClassName, EventName and InstanceName, it's it?

Oh I'm sorry, I used a wrong (default) "Context object"...
Using "ICIM_Notification", all properties are available.
So, I will use a client tool which open a new Firefox Tab using some UDFs.
Thanks a lot.
