EMC Support Option required for ESRS
Hi, what is the EMC Support Option requiered to activate the ESRS services.
Can I activate ESRS with the Enhanced Support option or it is only available with the Premium Support option?
What are the licensing requeriments?

ESRS is available at no charge with an active Premium or Enhanced warranty/contract on EMC equipment. It is not available for "Basic Support", though this is not a common option.
ESRS does require a license for installation though this is ordered at no charge. It requires a CE to assist with installation. The exception is ESRS IP Client for VNX - it does not need a license to be ordered ahead of time as this is created during installation. The latter can be installed by customers with a valid Powerlink account.
