Axeda Policy Server 6.6 Pending Sessions timeout extention
Hello
Which attribute stores that value? The default is 15 mins is to short in most cases, and I would like to extend it.
Examined PolicyManager.properties but I am not sure which key should I adjust.
I'd appreciate any hint
Regards
Dariusz

Log onto the Policy Manager and you will be on the Policies tab. Scroll down and click Start Remote Application. Change the Pending Timeout value to the desire value and click Save Changes.

You can change the timeout to 120 minutes but I would strongly recommend you not do that. Remember the EMC analyst is going to be waiting for the remote access session to be approved and they are not going to want to wait up to 2 hours for the session to be approved. If the session is not approved within a reasonable amount of time, they will probably work on other projects while they're waiting and the session might timeout before they get back to check the status. I would recommend that the timeout period be no longer than 30 minutes.
