Unable to Manage Default Device Group
Running SCG version 5.10.00.10.
I have some Unity storage added under the Default group. I'd like to move it into a different group, but unlike other groups I can't "manage" the Default group to remove it; it's greyed out:
I can select "Manage" on other groups without a problem.
Is the only solution to remove it and add it back into another group?

Hi, cholyoak
Thanks for choosing Dell.
What product model do you have? Also could you send me your service tag through DM please?
Wish you a good weekend.

The Unity storage is a 480 hybrid. I'll DM you the serial.

I have a supported PowerVault ME5024 and it is not able to be added to a device group other than default. The accepted solution is partly right.

@DELL-Joey C ok thanks at least i got the answer now, so even if the ME5 is in the default group the call home feature still works for them right ?
