Unable to access Appliance Web UI after fresh install

Hello all,

Following my fresh installation using the downloaded Hyper-V APPLIANCE .vhd, i completed the initial config wizard and succeesfully logged in with root user. It says Secure Connect Gateway is accessible at https://servername:5700/SecureConnectGateway. All the ports are opened fine as it is a reinstall of the same server with the new 5.10 version.

I thought that was it, but obviously something is not right, i am not able to access the WEB UI on port 5700. I checked the troubleshooting steps and everything looks fine.

What should i do now please ?
