The body of daily email report from SCG is not correct
Hello everyone.
I have a weird case, after update the SCG from 5.22 version to 5.26.00.20 the daily email report is not sending correctly, and i mean the body of the email is half. From the logs i see the error "INFO com.dell.sae.emails.util.smtp.SupportAssistMailSender- 174 - Error while processing email template : The following has evaluated to null or missing:
==> connectivity1.apiKeepaliveStatus [in template "HealthCheckEmail.ftlh" at line 554, column 64]" and
"FTL stack trace ("~" means nesting-related):
- Failed at: #assign param = TemplateJsonUtil.getP... [in template "HealthCheckEmail.ftlh" at line 554, column 17]" i try to search for the HealthCheckEmail.ftlh but i dont find it.
Any suggestion how to resolve this?

Hi Erman.
I resolve the case, the problem is there is not communication with some subdomains of dell on port 8443. When i resolve this the emails is sending normally.

Hi,
That's strange. I couldn't find anything about similar issues. As a last resort, you might want to try reinstalling or reverting to the previous version of SCG to make sure everything's set up right. I'd also suggest reaching out to your local Dell support and getting in touch with the software team.
