Looking for a solution urgently

Hello,

Just join to this group. I have a dell laptop I've brought with me from Israel and now staying in Toronto.

Last December, I delivered my laptop to Israeli support lab in Jerusalem to change the hard disk and since then I used the laptop from time to time for internet search or creating/saving files. Now, it's the first time this week I found out there is a problem apears everytime I try to send a file attached to an e-mail messege ( it dosn't matter whether the file is from the hard disc or from an external mobile disk ). I get a messege saying: " the internet explorer has stopped working. Aproblem caused the program to stop working correctly. Window will close the program and notify if a solution is available".

I want to mark- there was no solution I saw from windows. I tried to call the support in israel but couldn't catch a contact. Is there anyone who tackled this poroblem ever? Is there a simple solution ? Maybe I can get a clear instructions what to do inorder to fix this problem?

I really need to work on this laptop intensively and since I am out of my homecountry- it's really difficult. I'll appreciate very much any support I can get here.
