ECG Hyper-V Appliance new installation problem
Hello all,
I just installed the latest SCG Hyper-V appliance (using the downloaded .VHD). The installation is fine, no problem whatsoever. I configured the IP adress, root password. After the install, i cannot access the web page, i cannot locally log with root, i cannot SSH the server. I can ping the hostname and the IP address, but nothing else. I have deleted the VM and reinstalled twice, same behavior. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Ok so that was it, a root password with more than 8 chars does not work.

I just noticed this in the installation guide : "NOTE: Ensure that the root password consists of eight characters with at least one uppercase and one lowercase
letter, one number, and one special character. Use this root password to log in to secure connect gateway for the first time after the deployment."
I did put a longer password than this, 14 characters. Could this be the problem ? I will reinstall again...
