CloudIQ, Secure Connect Gateway & OpenManage Enterprise - Issues

** We have all of the below mentioned 3 management tools, deployed in our environment.
1) CloudIQ,
2) Secure Connect Gateway,
3) OpenManage Enterprise

** In our environment we have around 30 devices of various types as follows.
1) SAN Storage [Model: DELL ME4024]
2) Core Switch [Model: DELL SW4128]
3) Access Switch [Model: DELL N3248TE-ON]
4) ESXi Host [Model: DELL PowerEdge R640]
5) vCenter Server [Version: 7.0]

Query-1: Which is the best among these three (CloudIQ, SCG & OME) to manage all of the above mentioned devices?

Query-2: Not all of the devices are discovered on all three tools. For example Access Switch discovery issue on OME.
-> The Access Switch discovery fails in OME. As per DELL Support Matrix document, it was found that the OME 3.9 supports "Access Switch" of Model – N3248TE which runs “10.5.2.0” version of Networking OS in it to achieve Discovery and Monitoring functionality through OME. Whereas the current Networking OS version on Access Switch was found to be running lower (OS6) than the recommended version (OS10) which needs upgrading. Query-3: ESXi Host discovery fails on SCG console.
-> From what I understood is, for having ESXi host device discovered on SCG it requires SSH and SNMP Firewall service to be started/ enabled. I also tested enabling the SSH and attempted to discover and could see that the discovery succeeded. But client is not happy to have SSH & SNMP enabled enabled on ESXi host. What could be an alternate solution to have the ESXi host discovered?

Query-4: SAN Storage discovery fails on SCG console.
-> I did check the Support assist checkbox on SAN management console is enabled.
-> The credentials are also set correct for discovery to happen.
-> Following error displays while attempting for discovery.
-> Kindly assist on how to fix this issue?
