Two way configuration

Hi,
I want to install AutoStart between two nodes. What I want is that Server A be active server for SQL hosting databases oin d:. D: of Server B would have its mirrored data and SQL running on Server B.

ServerB also has MS Exchange installed with its database on E:. E: of ServerA be used for mirroring the Exchange DB.

If SQL service of ServerA fails, the server fails over to ServerB and if Exchange services of ServerB fail, Exchange failsover to ServerA.

Is this supported?

Regards,
Anuj

Well, Autostart woulod fail over, but I don't think you'd be able to install Exchange across two different domains.

Thanks,

I believe we need to purchase only one AutoStart license (per pair) alongwith one SQL & one Exchange module.

Not sure about that, previously CSBS could be licensed per server pair, but starting with Autostart the per node licensing has been introduced. But the sales people will be able to answer this question best.

What if the two servers belong to different domains?

Would Autostart failover happen for them if they belong to different domains?
