RecoverPoint Continuous Remote Replication (License upgrade)

I'm upgrading our license file and the path given by the documentation isn't correct.

I'm not that familiar with this website (1st time using it actualy) I was told to:

go to

//powerlink.emc.com
and navigate to
Support > Downloads and patches > 'select the appropriate product'

hopefuly this is an easy one.

Did you try Support > Software Downloads and Licensing > License management > Recoverpoint

?

yes, I kept getting a login screen, which confused me.

I think my PowerLink account isn't tied to my site, or something, i've emailed licensing@emc.com to try and resolve it.

I think i jumped the gun on this post.

FYI
after several emails here's EMC's offical answer for my situation.

"I'm sorry but that paper is not correct in those instructions in the case of Recover Point software. Please call the technical experts at the numbers below and request to speak directly with the Recover Point software technician.
